The Center for Entrepreneurship’s fifth annual Entrepreneurship Week was a huge success, attracting more than 600 participants over five days. This year’s event featured several educational workshops and seminars on a variety of topics, including how-to sessions on creating a business plan, marketing plan, social media tools, Quickbooks and more.
“I am very appreciative of entrepreneur[ship] week. It inspired me in many ways,” said Johana Williams, who attended several of the workshops.
The week concluded with the Capstone Luncheon featuring guest speaker Joe Gray, co-founder of Gray Manufacturing. See full article about the Steve Craig interview with Joe Gray here [link to article post].
“It means so much to bring together entrepreneurs from across the region to learn from and celebrate with each other,” said Annette Weeks, executive director of the Center for Entrepreneurship. “I am so appreciative of our talented faculty and business leaders who lead the workshops and foster an environment of continuous learning. I am also thankful for our staff, volunteers and community members who work so hard to make Entrepreneurship Week possible.”
